CP0 is a really outnumbered party even if they waited for this opportunity to strike Luffy after he beats Kaido the scabbards would destroy them

All odds were against them, there was no need to make a move. They were already in an advantageous position giving live reports. If they had continued that to the end when a victor was decided instead of interrupting a duel, they could have had Akainu dispatch a strong fleet to finish off whomever remained at last

They are trying to annex Wano behind Akainu's back by force, notice all the ships are from the WG, no Navy ship.

But yeah they simply should have waited till now. Group with the WG then strike Wano. But even then Zunisha can body a fleet at any time, but gotta wait for 20 chapters for Momo to give an order, still being a wimp.

Oh do you think they wanted to keep the WGs ownership of Wano discreet to keep the weapons factories/seastone production ongoing? Interesting

Most likely. They had Doflamingo as the medium before, and with both Kaido and Doffy gone they probably wanted to do so themselves.

Keep making weapons in Wano isolated - spread them around the world and create more wars is excatly what they want, have the world run it's course and they keep making profit that way
