This is pathetic. You're so butt hurt by the fact Luffy couldn't do jack shit against Kuma and had to be saved by Zoro you had call out all your anti-ZKK boys to come help you out.

It's a simple question did Kuma succeed in capturing Luffy? The answer is no. He failed because of Zoro.

De·feat (dĭ-fēt′)
tr.v. de·feat·ed, de·feat·ing, de·feats
1. To do better than (another) in a competition or battle; win victory over; beat: "Whether we defeat the enemy in one battle, or by degrees, the consequences will be the same" (Thomas Paine).
2. To prevent the success of; thwart: Internal strife defeats the purpose of teamwork.
3. Law
a. To frustrate the enforcement of (a motion, for example).
b. To make (an estate, for example) void; annul.
4.
a. To dishearten or dispirit: The last setback defeated her, and she gave up.
b. To be beyond the comprehension of; mystify: How the children found their way back home defeats me.

Stay mad because Zoro figured out a way to defeat his opponent about needed to beat him in a physical battle.

Which Anti-ZKK? you are coping because we says Zoro didn't defeat Kuma lol

Kuma made an agreement with Zoro
Where is the defeat ?
Zoro proposed it, Kuma accepted it
He wasn't forced to accept (Zoro begged him) he did it because Luffy is Dragon's son

Yes he could not beat him physically at that time, which is why he offered his life. Idk how much more of a difference it would have made if he was in a better condition but the point of the matter is he could not defeat him there. At least it wasn’t a sword duel defeat 😅.

Title
Some Zoro fans thinks he beated Kuma in Thriller bark because they had an agreement
What was Kuma's goal? Take Luffy. What was Zoro's goal? Save Luffy and the nakamas from him. Who achieved their goal? Zoro.

So yes, we can say that Zoro won. Even if he had died, he would have won. Not everything comes down to the scales of power.

You can say that Zoro won because he made a deal with Kuma, which is true, but why did Kuma agree to the deal? Because he was surprised by Zoro's will, if Zoro wasn't there or another crew found themselves in that situation, Kuma probably wouldn't have given in. Even if Zoro had agreed to Sanji being the sacrifice, Kuma probably wouldn't have.
