Queen is the mad scientist he should have had as his last arsenal the Ice Oni plague on himself, and try to inflict Sanji with it too and have the whole Ice vs Fire clash, Queen having a unique type of Ice ability to turn others into Zombies and Sanji a unique type of fire ability (his passion burning), and even use his own men and samurais as zombies to get Sanji, as he throws consecutive beams taking them all out friend and foe, kind of what Judge does with clones but Queen more extreme.

Would have been a lot more dynamic.
