roger was the freest man on sea because he didn't eat a devil fruit so luffy isn't free because of the devil fruit power so sanji storyline connected to the devil fruits and mads so he's gonna burn the tree and deactivate all the devil fruit powers in the world and makes luffy the freest man on sea
