When has she ever manipulated the weather without her homies? Pound already explained her weather manipulation powers, she does it by her homies. Is it not much more rational to believe that she simply created another thundercloud homie than to believe she can use CoC in a way it has never been used before.

She's not a swordman lol BM was never trained nor picked up a sword to use as a kid! Unlike Oden Mihawk Vista Zoro...
She started using napoleon when she's 40s check even Oda sbs drawings, the only time we see napoleon is when BM is in her 40s
She didn't have napoleon as long as her 2 main homies.
She has been shown fighting more without using napoleon.
Find me a place Oda names BM a swordman? None. Simply nothing. She rivals Kaido as cat & dog, not Mihawk!
She can fight without her weapon, square it off brawls. Take away BM sword, She remains top tier, yonko level.
Take away Posthawk? He wont even match YCs.

Not the strongest but imo there is some differences among yonkos.
Kaido thanks to his fruit or possibly the ope ope no mi immortal operation can not die, it his like he has some kind of unbreakable armor and that is not the case with BM even if she has a very thick hide too, just not on the level of Kaido. Just see Kaido 10000 m jump vs BM who had to be saved by Streusen from the collapse of her castle caused by the FI bomb.
Then BM has something the other emperors lack, hax, his df gives her a ton of almost broken abilities like Zeus, Prometheus, living tides, living everything.
What she, and Kaido, lack at this point is probably actual power like seen in the flashback with Roger and WB clashing. They are not at that level as oldWB clash with Shanks was. Also BM recognizes WB, sven if old, a step above her and the other yonkos and call Kaido a thing meaning probably his over the top armor which forbids him to die (you don't trying suicode as a hobby for nothing).

I'm sorry you do not know the definition of basic english words.
You dont become swordman just picking up a sword, especially when you already a top tier in your 40s
At the time WB was more famous than BM
Also, BM has been stalemating WB as Emperors for decades
Despite roger or WB titles, none of them defeated BM
Did he beat BM? No
Did he stop BM from being yonko or having strongest family? No
Did he harm homies? No
Did he damage BM body? No
WB Roger are hyped yet never stopped BM Kaido from becoming great.
Were the others in their primes? And this was a 2v4 floorwipe, no excuses pls.

In current timeline, the one that carries that torch is Kaido. These are things the author stated. So the pecking order is as follows:
1. Roger & Whitebeard
2. The rest

No base for Linlin to claim being at the top.

It was neither Whitebeards nor Rogers goal to stop these 2 from growing. Whitebeard wanted family and freedom, which he accomplished. He had no interest in conquering the NW like Linlin or Kaido, so the failure is all on them. Roger wanted to sail to Raftel, the man that stood in his way and needed to be surpassed was Xebec, which he accomplished. Going after his crewmates would have been of no use. He clashed with Whitebeard because of his strength, he wanted to best him and prove to be stronger. He had no such desire towards Linlin or Kaido or any other pirate really. He fought Shiki when he stood in his way, he would have done the same if the other Rocks remnants stood in his way. A fearless man like him to be afraid of facing a pirate he has already defeated before, dont make me laugh.
