Yeah, his Coa is so insane he had to combine it with the other admirals to block an attack from whitebeard that at best, split the plaza in half,
His physicals are so good, he could not react to an old whitebeard, what a speedy lad with amazing Coo,
He got incapacited by a plaza splitting attack, what a durable lad,
He clashed with an old man on his deathbed, what a physically strong lad,
Dude doesn't even have CoC or even Rokushiki/weapons to conpensate-his DF could not even one shot Jinbei-and he does not have awakening-Akainu is at best: a Doflamingo with a slightly better devil fruit-he's nothing to Sanji (the fourth strongest strawhat since Yamato is now a strawhat).

Headcannon. Oda said he had the most offensive which can easily be interpreted as doesn't fit to anything but hurting others. And about OP ending in a year if he was the protagonist(Oda prediction which is always wrong) he would remain a marine and just killed all the pirates which os even more impressive IMO.
By the way with that last statement Oda just confirms the amount of plot armor Luffy has.
