I was comparing it to Jinbe in which it is impressive. As I said, anyone who joins the straw hats officially is below Zoro and Sanji, and Yamato will not be any exception.

Sanji can definitely surpass yamato later but for now he is weaker. Also sanji will beat an admiral so it has nothing to do with yamato also

Doesn't matter how you twist it. Sanji will end up above her in the long run. The only realistic way is kings haki. Sanji is already relative to her (slightly below) and he doesn't have any offensive haki mastery. Once he nails those down he is a top tier

Yamato is a super tough Zoan with unique defensive and offensive abilities, but that's not necessarily more than King. Yamato also has CoC, but has yet to actually finish a strong opponent so we can't rate it. A blunt weapon too, which means less likely to finish on contact.

Sanji has involuntary mutant powers. Decent Haki, great speed, and a lot of skill, but without control of the Germa boost it's not really good enough to beat the other two. Maybe Jinbe if he ever gets careless.

That’s not impressive at all in comparison to Jinbei he literally threw Big Mom off of the ship. You power scaling is extremely biased when Sanji is involved. Even now you say “as soon as she gets on the ship Sanji is stronger” without any feats to substantiate it. That wasn’t the case when Jinbei joined.

If your going to scale characters just do it in a fair way. I know you like Sanji but he is weaker than Yamato until proven otherwise.
