What is the worst that can happen if we’re going to kill or lynch someone and they claim? They get anti claim killed?

How is that worse? It’s actually better bc that saves a town kill/lynch if they’re gonna die for not claiming anyway. No reason not to claim when you’re under the gun unless you physically can’t. No one is advocating pushing claims just to do it.
