Ikr? Kaido was a horrible father but he still genuinely cared about her and even wanted her to be the new shogun of wano, even a small panel of her tearing up would've added some depth to both their characters

I don’t expect him to cry, Kaido was an absolute jerk to Yamato, but showing some reaction is necessary in my opinion(and I personally can’t help but think of the relationship between them when Yamato said “you should thank your parents for giving you such a strong body”)
Man so many characters should have more to do in the battle against Kaido but in the end it’s all luffy
