Coc can blooms, look how zoro defeated king when he awakened adcoc, luffy started fighting kaido in base only when his coc bloom. So saying coc isnt helping kata is wrong. It is coc that matters most.

In matchups, you argue with the abilities they already have, not their potential power-ups. Katakuri is 48, so he's in his prime and he must've been through multiple life and death battles, yet CoC never bloomed. Not everyone with CoC can get CoC coating.
