But what he showcased, strength wise, on Dressrosa speaks for itself. The dude casually decimated a mountain bigger than Pica, while not even fighting serious. He didn't just cut it in half either. He turned it to straight dust.

Buggy being a yonko means yonko level is not an accurate assessment on someone's power level anymore. Stating someone is "admiral level" has more weight behind it, because you need be powerful to be up for consideration. All top tiers can become an admiral, but if ur fodder then its impossible to be one.

Sulong Duke and Neko were more towards the YC1 range though, as they were YC3 in their base, and Sulong form boosts the Minks power exponentially.
