Holy Simp
Oh ye, there's indeed big difference between how we play and how they do lol, heard their role madness isnt as mad as ours either
Yeah role madness for them is simply one ability per role. Sometimes restricted to x-shots or alternating nights. Similair to my Kaguya-sama game, just well... mine was still more mad lol.

They also dont have creative indie roles like we have here. But sometimes they come up with great mechanics that you can adapt to bigger role madness games. :>

has anyone tried spaghetti like this? did it turn out good?

God no

First off he is roasting chillies, roasted chillies give a really distinct flavour, same as your roast pepper. It is overpowering

Second , that tomato broth looks disgusting. Tomatoes by nature are very dominant and you need to cook the sauce to reduce their distinct flavour in order for spices to take full effect of the sauce. I would wager that sauce he made just tastes of pure tomato

He then cooks same pepper again without any onions or garlic. Adds the tomato soup that didn't cook enough, and then adds uncooked pasta in hopes the heat from the tomato soup will soften it up.

He fucked up, cook the pasta first and use salted pasta water in the sauce for that amazing flavour

And he used no meat, at least use Chirozo or any spicy sausage first in the pan, let it release them juice and then fry tome chilies

I don't think this tastes any good

If you want a good pasta

Ground beef and ground pork in 50/50 amount, season it and throw it on hot olive oil to get nice colour for the meat to brown a bit.
When it does, remove the meat, add onion and then either one of the follow or all if you want - carrots - peppers - celery
When does soften up add garlic to prevent in from burning - garlic cooks fast
Once your veggies are begging to soften up add your meat back and tomato paste, get them to know each other a bit.
Once they do add tomato sauce you can buy in a store. Season it as you wish tho pepper and salt is enough - bay leaf or oregano also good
And let that shit cook on small fire until the sauce thickens enough and tastes good

Near the end of sauce cooking boil your pasta, let water boil first , add salt and then pasta, once pasta is done add some salted pasta water to the sauce - cause sauce will thicken and pasta water will make it juicy again -

First but pasta on the plate and generous amount of sauce on top

Enjoy

that sounds actually p good lol

the cherry tomatoes he uses for it taste p good so i dont see how pure tomato taste is bad

but he did use garlic with the pepper so idk what ur getting at, he even added tomato paste to the pan

he didnt fuck up, i think u didnt pay attention to what he did lol. The point of this pasta is that they're not getting cooked in water, but fried in a pan with tomato broth being added and u get all the spicy flavor from the sauce here. If u run out of broth u can add white wine to finish it up.

Also judging by the process, if sausages were to be added they'd have to be added somewhere at the end, i'd prolly cut them in tiny slices so they get cooked properly

tho i'd say this recipe would taste p good

that sounds actually p good lol
If you will roast the chilies it won't mean much unless there is a sauce they will cook in to release that flavour in. And then he throws same chilies again the pan for them to cook. You can just skip part 1 and go straight for part 2 if you want cooked chilies

the cherry tomatoes he uses for it taste p good so i dont see how pure tomato taste is bad
It is very bland and watery. Cherry tomatoes by nature are sweet hence why he got caramelization on his pasta. But you need salt and pepper to even out the sweet stuff. His tomato sauce prolly overpowers the taste of roasted chillies.

I mean tomato sauce is used against skunk spray, that tells you how much tomato is overpowering in taste and smell

but he did use garlic with the pepper so idk what ur getting at, he even added tomato paste to the pan
Just garlic won't cut it. And he used way too much garlic for that small portion. 2 cloves are more than enough, anything more than that and your breath won't be greatful

I can see what he wanted to do but he did it in a bad way.

If you want pasta to soak up the sauce you can easily add the pasta in already cooked sauce near the end and fry it a bit. Hell i use Wok for that. Make sauce and pasta and then throw it in a wok for it to fry good.

His way there is no chance the sauce, chilies and garlic fused at all

You add sausage first for them to release the fat and then you remove them, You then cook veggies in that far and when veggies are done you throw meat back in with tomato sauce so it doesn't burn

id likely put in salt like he was doing. everything usually depends on feeling and how it turns out in the end

Just garlic won't cut it. And he used way too much garlic for that small portion. 2 cloves are more than enough, anything more than that and your breath won't be greatful
Way too much garlic huh?! It looks like he didnt put in enough garlic lmao. tomato paste (not the tomato broth) was also added so its not really 'just garlic'

I can see what he wanted to do but he did it in a bad way.

U miss the point of it being pasta cooked in sauce instead of ur sauce cooked with pasta, there's a reason why its being done the way it is.

i'd guess it still turns out good otherweise there wouldnt be ppl saying his recipe worked for them

the way id do it seems different from the dish ud wanna have haha
