The dude while injured still recovered his senses after being hit by an island level animal.
He put up a fight against top tiers on the sea by taking out 2 ships
In Wano

• He with help fight sulong army, he takes out most of them and suffered injuries
• He then loses to Sulong dukes
• He gets bandaged and goes to 1v1 Inu (where he survived one round of sulong Inu)

The dude showed better endurance and stamina than King and Queen
Also Oda didn't have him lose pathetically like King and Queen

I used to think the gap was clear between King / Queen and Jack but now I don't.
Jack wouldn't be stomped badly if he had another high tier with him

2. Lost to Zoro and Sanji in less than an hour

2a. Queen turned some of the beast pirates against them

Jack:

1. Beat the minks army on Zou after fighting for 5 days w/out rest while the minks fought for 12 hours & rested for 12.

2. Lost to Fujitora, Sengoku & Tsuru.

3. Lost to Zuneshia.

4. Tied with Ashura.

5. Beat a sulong minks army on the roof

6. Lost to the sulong dukes

7. Recovered & beat the minks again while he was on his way to the scabbards.

8. Lost to Inu, but would've won if the sky didn't split.

9. Showcased better endurance than King and Queen.

Sure Jack has some L's but he has W's as well.
