Essentially his flip confirms a scum in Ekko because Ekko claims he is immune to Walter meaning if Sallu does flip town with an invest bypassing immunity then we can confirm that Ekko is more than likely scum here since that invest failing on Ekko would only be through some strong protection by a scum mate.

There's little chance that both are town here since beyond another party interference, Sallu's results couldn't have been messed with and it's very less likely another party interfered.

Sallu's flip gives us info here and probability wise one of Sallu or Ekko being scum is very high.
