Luffy has the biggest fleet right now.

Law Kid and Luffy have the same notoriety for taking down 2 Yonkos.
As far we know Luffy has none territory. He should take down Big Mom to make FI his. Now he has to go back there and assure it is his maybe.

Law and Kid actually should have more notoriety. They were active for 2 years while Luffy was hide training.

Law is known as Shichibukai while Kid made some trouble at New World. Even against Emperors and surviving.

--Luffy in every way shape or form let it be power , influence , crew strength is miles ahead of law and mid

Odd people don't realize how kid/law status is only to minimize Luffy danger for the WG.

Imo Law should've been. He could have both Punk Hazard and Dressrosa, if only he was the one defeating Doflamingo (with a mid-fight PU of Ope2 Awakening), while Luffy matched Fujitora in a serious battle.

Kidd should've also beaten BM in WCI while Luffy being busy creating powerups as preparation to beat Kaidou, and Zoro rescuing Sanji and giving him a loyalty lesson. So imo Kidd (again with mid-fight PU against BM) should've been an Emperor with WCI as his territory.

While Luffy can have Wano after beating Kaidou. While Blackbeard can kill both Shanks and Dragon or something. So still Four Emperors.

Well it's just my alternative plot, strength-wise they're both still lacking quite a bit tho.

Yea of course this is a problem as well, if Law get Sugar, Gladius, Hakuba, Pica, and even Sabo as his crew after beating Doflamingo, the readers won't underestimate the crew anymore.
