don't see that happening Shanks loved Roger and see him in Luffy no matter what he is just a shrewd ally of Luffy. he basically work for Luffy behind the scenes form the day he gave him his strawhat. He proudly told WB that he gave up his arm for the new generation , told Rayleigh about Luffy and compared him to his captain , Rayleigh told Luffy that Shanks is waiting for him in the new world. he was happy that Luffy became a pirate and was happy seeing him getting a bounty of 1.5 B , even smiled and said that they will meet soon. either way his actions doesn't indicate any treachery.
