If you are using movie feats for All Might then I don't see why we can't use comic feats for Homelander as well

Because Homelander in the comics seems a bit different, story wise etc.

Well movies are also different story wise, are they not? Lot's of hax villains that have to be beaten by non canon OP moves.

All Might (and by extension Endy and other top tiers) are certainly flashy in their offense. But that still doesn't negate the fact that Homelander survives everything Endy throws at him, unless he has something > a nuke.

If the vs was against Shigaraki or some other hax user then I might give it to Shigaraki because I don't know how Homelander would scale against hax abilities. Shigaraki especially seems unavoidable once he touches you.

Not really, Horikoshi thought the movies inside the overall plot. It seems to be part of the story. The movies happen between arcs in the manga.
(But I agree that some movie feats / plot can be weird like Bakugo / Deku sharing OFA and not talking about it after that).

So let’s say we don’t take movie into account.

Homelander pretty easily, if he can tank nukes then there's no way for endeavor to win this

Homelander solos the MHA verse. No man made weapon can harm him which means even nukes and Endeavor is pretty much a fire and heat combo. Plus HL has insane speed feats too, he can pretty much blitz this one.

maybe but not faster. A train made a smoothie out of a human being with his speed and could travel for longer period too. Plus when on V he has more juice on him.

HL can fly at hypersonic speed, his speed and strength combined allows him to easily come victorious. DB says he can even bust a nut faster than sound, lol

he can easily tank a nuke that's far more firepower than whatever Endeavour can throw at him. He can just snap his neck or punch a hole whenever he gets an opening.

Dubious unless we actually see how he did so. There’s all kinds of factors like where Homelander was when he took that nuke. Wouldn’t use this statement unless TV Homelander has feats way above his comic book counterpart
