Oda did Ussop dirty.He should have learned basic haki in the time skip,in Dressrosa he should have gotten a COO PU(which he did) and in Wano he should ahve unlocked Ryo to coat his bullets in haki.It would be a legit way for him to beat page one,haki laced projectiles of different forms.Oda screwed up.
