Standard Fate Rin gets her lights punched out by Sakura. If she gets the Jeweled Sword, she vapes both Naruto girls though.

Pretty sure Fate Sakura solos either way via her Shadows as Dark Sakura.

No idea what ninja Rin can do, but ninja Sakura should be fast enough to blitz mage Rin and strong enough to one shot. Mage Sakura however is a problem since she has regeneration and her shadow familiars are as strong as Noble Phantasms and can drain people of energy so hard that they basically disintegrate on contact.

Outlier given her gems are at best described to destroy houses or just means Heracles is a glass cannon

Rin needed to blast Berserker point blank right in the face to be able to kill him once. If he had been able to defend they wouldn't have killed him, as we saw with the 3 gems she used and Berserker just blocked despite being catch off-guard.

There's simply no reason why Sakura wouldn't just dodge her attacks, Rin's attacks are not that fast or precise.
