Both Flowa and Adam aren't really hostile, so we may have one more non-hostile and hostile one.

19 players - so typical ratio would mean 25% of the player base is scum. That's 5.

With 2 cult / unseen. We have room for 3 more and considering that the scum team is a cultafia which can recruit 2 - 1 more player(s) I can see there being 2 more indies out of which 1 could be hostile.

Outta the inactives I don't really like Gando. Conq is mad coasting as well, which I believe is his scum meta.
