OP entered its final saga but there is only 30-40% lore reveal and too much elements not used : Shanks, IM, Rocks, Dragon, BB,... And with the sales declining, it is clearly getting axed no matter how much is your mental gymnastics. But surely OP will have more chapters than other axed manga to wrap everything up, I think 200-300 chapters at best. So how bad do you think this final saga gonna end ?

Doubt it, Wano alone is insufferable .
He dragged it because he thinks those ridiculous fanservices is a good idea. It's not and OP's getting axed so he must rush it now.
What rushed ? He is clearly dragging it, an arc of 50 chapters is dragged into 100+ chapters and still calling it rushed ? On top of that a break every 3 week...Its not rushed, its called having no good idea of what to do and just write anything and call it ending

Oda can cover that 30%-40% of the story within 50 chapters or he can do it in 500. It's all about how much detail each plot point has. For example, if the plot about is about strawhat interaction with the Revolutionaries is lets say 5% of the story, that can be 5% written in 1-2 chapter or written in detail with 10-20 chapter going through flashbacks and etc. And not sure what you mean "elements not used", Dragon, Teach, Shanks have been getting used since their intros. They've had their ongoing storylines in the manga as the story has progressed. All of which would accumulate to some point in the manga, and for that there's still plenty of time left.

Yeah, it's the definition of rushed, do you realize how many plot need to be resolved ? Elbaf, Lodestar, Laughtale, Tenryuubito, Marine, Void century, BB, Shanks, Revolutionaries , WSS, OP,..., each can be rushed in 10-chapter arc each after leisurely spending 150 chapters Wano.
And what did Dragon, Shanks, ... get used for > 1000 chapters ? Just for hype I guess. They can't do shit with few remaining chapters.

I'm not really pessimistic in regards to the future of the series. I doubt it gets axed, it's One Piece, it's still selling just fine. If things are rushed, it'll be for Oda's own reasons. I think a few hundred chapters is plenty of time to wrap up the story, Oda just has give a decent amount of focus to the groups he's been neglecting or reserving and seeing as we're headed to end, I'm sure he will.
