Despite the new narrative that there are gazillions of CoC users in the verse because Chinjao said so (and Zoro has it) therefore (insert character) is a conqueror too, conqueror's haki is still the ultimate rare ability, Dressarosa, WCI and Wano combined have 5 CoC users and Elbaf is going to have 1 or 2, entire countries have less than 3 conquerors haki users, it's that rare. :endthis:

CoC is a one in a million rare ability, there are people with no CoC stronger than rooftop Zoro, big AP = having conqueror's haki is new to me. Oda must really hate Doflamingo and Katakuri. :hope:

CoC = potential to be stronger = bigger AP.

This isn't rocket science, do try to use your head for once to make sense of the logic that One Piece generally applies.

Kid Yamato, Ace, Dofla and marineford Luffy, these AP monsters, but Kaido wouldn't think that Zoro has CoC because his AP feats weren't all that according to you. :saden:
