12 Supreme Grade Blades:

The twelve Supreme Grade Blades (最上大業物 Saijō Ō Wazamono)are the twelve highest-quality blades in the world. The blades have displayed incredible feats through their usage, such as being exposed to the harshest elements without losing their edge and slashing through enormous structures.


The ones that are legendary:

Ungraded blades these blades aren't recognized for any special qualities, but that doesn't mean they aren't powerful weapons; it was stated that the Hassaikai kanabo, while unclassified, would be known as legendary for the many feats Kaidou performed on him,which demonstrates that the weapon doesn't need to be the most reputable / graded to become a legendary weapon its user can turn a simple weapon into a legend, kaidou's kanabo, as well as Whitebeard's murakumogiri , were considered strong enough to withstand the insanely powerful of Kaidou's Haki and Whitebeard's power.

The user who made your weapon a legend must be a skilled monster.

- Kaidou has made a common unranked weapon a legend.

- Ryuma did something similar, but his sword was graduated, but still, his sword is a legend in Wano country.

Until then, we only have 2 weapons with legend status.

Countless feats that performed with a particular weapon causes its rank to change, just like kaidou did with his unranked kanabo.

Haha ha!! They are tough as fuck.

Instead of becoming one of the 12 highest ranked, there is still one status a blade can achieve that for me is the greatest of all: Legend status.

When people refer to the weapon they will say: "This is the legendary weapon that was, or still is, wielded by X."
So in this case, if I were you, I'd rate Luffy's sandals for legend status, HAHA

Legendary status will come because of the wielder. So it depends on how one character is portrayed before their death or EoS. For example Kaido is already one of the most famous people at the moment, his kanabo although ungraded or unknown status is still going to be a legend because it was used by Kaido. Depending on Sabo's status EOS his pipe may become one of the legendary weapons. If Smoker somehow becomes a FA then his jitte might also achieve legendary status. Pistols/guns of Yasopp and Van Augur could be among these or even Usopps kabuto if he achieves something great in the final war like how he shot the WG flag in EL. Imagine the alliance declaring war against the WG in the final war by Usopp shooting down the symbol/flag of the WG using his kabuto etc. such a thing would put the weapon among legends.
