Just glossing over the convo atm, I don't have time to read it properly and respond more accurately but I recommend looking to weekly meal preps, even a single meal of chicken and rice for example, can last you a whole week. Make stuff in bulk batches and store it in fridge or even freezer and defrost when needed:

That food would like finish in 3-4 spoons. what I'm eating for the Main course thou. they look like starters.
