Houken's design has always been one of my favourites, the aura he's giving off like he's some sort of supernatural being with immense power.

Since all the popular choices already taken, I will go with my personal picks here:

Gokei, man was one of my favorite Fire Dragons. His design is lit.

Gaku'Ei

While he didn't last long, his design was no doubt one of the best hailed from Zhao, straight up from Dragon Ball design Lmao.

Mangoku

When he got introduced sitting on bodies of dead woman, I was like, "Yeah this guy is gonna be a legendary villain." And I was right. His backstory of Chouhei was tragic and his hatred was justified. I really like his conclusion with Shin for carrying the burden of him.

And plenty more of others. Kingdom has great designs in general.
