Character Discussion Zoro's character is a walking contradiction

The whole Monet fight he was holding back against so much, that even Monet noticed that he never once tried to injure her
That's right, Zoro was holding back against her more, than when he fights fodder:
Because of that
Robin gets stabbed, children are in danger and Chopper & Nami almost get killed
We know Zoro can one shot her easily
Ye he doesn't because.... she's a woman?
which goes against his whole thing with Kuina
Then he proceeds to sit around while his crew is danger and needs help while time is running out:
And then the biggest wtf moment. Out of nowhere, he is fine with injuring Monet. Wtf was then the point of not trying to injure her before?

post time skip is straight ass cheeks tier
Agree with the Samurai part but then people would complain that Luffy is the chosen one and all his connections with Garp, Dragon, Shanks and Rayleigh and now Joyboy. We get Sanji who turns out to be a prince and now Zoro who becomes the leader of Samurai and might even be a Daimyo etc. Like the strawhats are a gathering of destined royalty.
About the VC part, I think Zoro never actively tries to do that part by himself and only takes control when there is no other option. I gave a good example of it in FI in the other thread, his convo about Kaido and his threat is another one of those type of instances. And I think any other moment like this would come at the cost of other crew members not being up to the task themselves. The time skip was for all of them to become more reliable and responsible. And I don't know about you guys but what Zoro did at the rooftop is to me what a VC should most probably have done, always having his captains back.
I think Zoro had no problem fighting women pre timeskip however we still have his comment about Robin being a woman so he is not that different from back then but then he did fight quite a few women around Alabasta (Baroque Works). I don't recall Zoro fighting other women. Zoro is not an all out Sanji guy who would never hit a women but he is also no brute who will actively fight a woman to hurt them. It is simple if he can finish his mission without having to hurt a woman then he will do no more than that but if it requires him to hurt one to complete his mission he will do so. I mean Zoro not once tried to go after BM on rooftop, Kaido was his focus, I think Law is the only one who targeted BM before them trying to separate the two Yonko. But it would not be out of character for Zoro to go at BM because she is a very strong individual. Zoro looks down on anybody weaker than him and pays them no mind unless they stand in his way.

People Who can't read the manga have this misconception of Zoro being more useful than Sanji because according to them Sanji's code puts the crew to danger, when Sanji Is actually the One Who saved the crew more times.
People say "zoro Is badass, Zoro Tells Luffy to take thing seriously"
Or "Zoro Is badass, he's willing to do anything to beat his opponent, not like Sanji Who doesn't use hands bla bla"
And at the same time they Say "Zoro Is cool, he has this Honor based code, a proud Warrior with Honor."
You Just pointed out how much of a clown Zoro truly Is, Honor doesn't exist in Battle, King should have killed him from distance.
