I never was someone of the opinion that zoro is only a cold tough brick with 0 emotions and brain filled with cold wet concrete .
I love moments like these becuz they show that a character is actively reasoning and questioning without the reader knowing.. when expressed it makes such characters awfully profound... it makes you wonder about what they usually think about at times.
Sanji to me is a similar character that makes me atleast wonder the same thing but more becuz of the type of character he is.. someone with a mystical dream is a cook as an occupation, nothing to strive for and just top 3 behemoths of the crew.
Sanji isn't a simplistic character there is alot to say about him too and how oda deals with which can be annoying but fascinating at the same time
there is a certain exaggeration with the dislike of sanji's "character" no doubt i think the same happens for zoro and Luffy to.. or any other frequently talked character

I am excited for the new arc. Wano was a nightmare. I hope it gets better after this, I already lost hope for One Piece, but lets see how it goes. @BleakAsh

What if final villain is neither BB or Imu, but Luffy after his zoan awakening takes completely over his mind 
Df awakening can't be simply negated by haki, clearly that's would be a side effect of zoan awakening.
But I find it unlikely either way with Luffy simple fact he's the front for many lighthearted merch and all that.
But can see some double persona happening like with Cavendish/Hakuba, that drawback should be no exception for Luffy just because "haki".

Willpower is haki not the other way around....mental power has nothing to do with haki...Luffy mental power is so strong....Oda can have another type of side effect of awakening...Luffy fruit is not just zoan...it works like a paramecia too....either way, possession theory is not so good...but I am all for any other like life shortening which is already happening since the moment luffy started using g2...what if he doesn't have much time before finding one piece just like roger....here this way chopper will find some cure...this way chopper can shine too....
