Or since they are both animals, Fenrir and World Serpent, they aren't born by normal means, but maybe by magic means.

Odin tricked the Giants into letting him and Thor get into Jotunheim, and Thor killed most of them

The only ones that survived were Atreus' mother and Angrboda it seems

Ragnarok was also meant to start later

But Kratos and Atreus fucked everything up, because Kratos wasn't meant to be here it seems

Baldur died early

and now shit is picking up the pace
