Dragon is actually the fattest failure among top tiers. An L-taker like no other, not even Meme can compare to his incompetence.

The dude has no fucking idea what his own men are even doing. Sabo goes AWOL on a high profile mission and he can only make a shocked Pikachu face. It takes 4 of his commanders to defeat a no-name thug that the likes of Baroque Works could’ve handled without a sweat. Imu doesn’t even acknowledge his existence as a threat, or even worth his/her interest in general. Dragon is trying SO HARD for World Government-senpai to notice him, but to no avail.

Don’t know why people rag on Mihawk for being useless when this fucker exists. Honestly.

All trolling aside,he is still world's most wanted man for a reason. Luffy has being in this game for ~3 years.Dragon has been at this for decades,who knows how many islands/countries he has turned against the World Government.

Yeah, Mihawk just doesn't WANT to fight boring battles. He only does stuff that interests him, his lack of action is because he's kind of a loner.

Dragon wants to change the world, and is just... doing who knows what. I imagine there will be some big pay off, but as of now, it's hilarious that his kid has been so much better at his job than he is.

I agree, the Revolutionaries will be support. Dragon will be busted, and Sabo is going to top-tier by EOS, but everyone else is mid-tier at best.

I feel Dragon is both very powerful and very knowledgeable. The people the WG fear most are strong fighters who know about the true history. I'd imagine, based on his Shandorian-esque tattoos, that Dragon knows a great deal of the ancient history of the world. I wish the Revolutionaries power was presented more clearly. We've rarely heard about them liberating places.

Bello betty DF power spoiled the Revs way of doing things,they don't go around picking fights by themselves like Luffy does.Instead,they make populations revolt against the WG.Think of Dragon as some sort of Karl Marx/Lenin/Stalin type of dude(but not evil genocidal of course).

The guy is a genius,he could have unlocked awakening and advanced form of haki post time ship.I hope Oda makes him into a true power house:new rokushiki techniques,awakening,advanced coo-coa-coc.The best villain of pre-skip deserves some love and praise,he could fight Sabo.

We don't know how much the revolutionaries have done. But we did get enough explanation that makes them the most active and SHs will catch up over time. The reputation speaks volume.. everything Luffy did prior to marineford was shocking but when it was revealed that his father is Dragon the shock that the characters felt says that his father did so much.
