The Rogue Prince
This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever lol. If they "narratively" defeated the Admirals then they could've easily escaped the Holy land the same way they entered. The very fact they wonder HOW they got away confirms that they didn't defeat either Admiral lol.

So much for a confirmed defeat.
It is just like how that rag-tag alliance "defeated" Big Mom & the Big Mom Pirates but Yonkou fans wouldn't wanna hear it.

Lol luffy never fought BM
Cope more

Plus Luffy "won" coz he took down her 2 commanders and caused chaos not because he escaped

You guys cope
Germa was never stated to have won.
They didn't even escape fully.

Accept the L and move
Admirals lost or "lost" vs Revos
Revos then escape via help
Beating a commander here is actually putting up a fight and dishing damage to Admirals that's a W and a loss for admirals

we can't by no means argue that Admirals got KO'd by Sabo and Sabo won as such... the Win is not in the fight but basically the luffy WCI analogy.. he fu*ked the country up and left by a hair's length.. it might not be a hair's length in this situation but Sabo did make him self seem like the victor out of this altercation

its semantics bro

who else is stopping them
whats the inherent logic here
Even fodder BMP could have trapped weakened luffy when he came out of mirrowolrd
He needed saving from sanji...even then sanji needed help from niji to escape

It's like asking how will stop luffy since he beat Katakuri

Sabo and co were weakened probably
They need help or to sturggle for escape after fightinng admirals

Its just the manga implies they ""defeated"" the admirals.
They are not investigating wether if they defeated Fuji and GB or not.
They are investigating HOW they escaped+ some failed murder plot against one Celestial Dragon.
The plot implies they "narratively defeated" the two admirals + Fujitora was covered on bandages in ch 957, so its easy to assume that at least Fuji got defeated and Ryu neutralised if they managed to escape.

The manga implies the "defeat".
Pretty sure, the defeat part is figurative like Luffy's victory against the Big Mom:

It is probably termed the admirals—by extension the Navy's—defeat because they failed to stop Rev's ambush. Not to mention, they'd also be taking the blame for Cobra's death since Sabo is being framed for his death.
