Versus Battle Link from Zelda vs kaido from one piece

If I recall it was valid back then. I'm not sure about that now.
Either way, Calamity Ganon is a powerful incarnation of Ganondorf - albeit being the manifest of Ganoncorpse's malice - who should at least scale to the weakest Ganondorf with the ToP.
The Sheikah version is also an unfinished version. Calamity Ganon was preparing to make itself a functional body but Link interrupted the process of his evolution.
I dunno about Age of Calamity being reliable enough to be canon but there, we can see how Calamity Ganon would actually look like if it had a fully functional body (since Ganon consumed Astor and thus perfectly formed its body).

Calamity Ganon, by himself, solo’d all of Hyrule which is far bigger and far more powerful than Wano. An equivalent feat in One Piece would be like if Oda introduced one character who defeated all Four Yonko and their crews simultaneously.

BotW Ganon? I dunno if the blood moon feat is valid enough but he scales to other Ganon/Ganondorf's who are capable of destroying Kaido with ease. Majora is weaker and he casually was about to crash the moon on the planet. The same Majora also managed to create a realm containing a sun.

Onigashima is a legit small island probably 1/4th the size of Dressrosa
Luffy makes a fist as big as that that sends Kaido who is blocking with his advCoC and is so huge he can wrap entire Onigashima flying from like the height 10 times as much as Onigashima to the CORE OF EARTH.

As for Kaido vs Lynels: Gold Lynels probably scale pretty close to King bro. Extreme durability, endurance, speed attack power…and Calamity Ganon has several Golden Lynels serving under him that he dominated with ease.
