There's a short explanation there... You can also see why I thought the symbols of the flag coincidentally connects with Luffy... I mean, there's a sun (Nika the Sun God) and then 3 stars (Marco called the Wings as stars), and then the colors matches Luffy's outfit and then white for the Nika form...
