Green Bull seems to have a tattoo across his chest that he displayed to the fans in One Piece chapter 1053. The tattoo reads Shi (death), Kawa (river), and Shinju (in mind). The word Shinju is often used to refer to double suicide, which is common among lovers.
As such, Green Bull's tattoo can be literally interpreted as "a double suicide at the river of death." It is also possible that Oda chose this tattoo for the character to reference Yoshio Harada's song "Shinjuku Shinju."

In the "final"/TYBW arc of Bleach, there is also a direct reference to this with Shunsui and his Bankai too. I instantly thought of it when I saw what Aramaki's tattoo is about. Also Shunsui is associated with flowers too.
