To be fair here Oda's time estimation is notoriously bad, 3yrs could easily drag into 5 or 6. Remember when he said we'd see what went down Sabo, Boa and Vivi back in like 2020? :suresure:

Oda doesn't give a fuck, why do you think he's giving fraudulent bounties, hyping up characters over things they didn't do, Buggy is a Yonkou, the man is just skipping everything. Oda is setting up all these side characters because they won't show up again.
