Luffy hard carried a 1 v 1 against Kaido who had no interest on Zoro.

The animation in Wano has never been better. This episode for example blows the animation from every pre-time skip action episode out of the water, and thats even considering the Ryo Onishi episodes in Sabaody like episode 404 and 405.
