While Waido gets his hype again,the whole Chapter sounds like a promo for the Movie.Shanks´ hype seems super forced in order to bait the people into the cinema.And GB were totaly useless in Wano.What was the point to bring him here?

The last 3 chapters are complete filler and Oda’s gonna compress the rest of the series into 140 chapters.

Was Zephyr canon? wtf? when?

Technically his past is yes. He trained basically most current Marines except Sengoku/Garp. He lost his arm to an ability user who was a Shichibukai (probably Weevil) and he got his replacement arm from a marine scientist (probably Vegapunk).

In theory, Tesoro and Bullet also have canon pasts. Tesoro was a former CD slave and saved by Fisher Tiger. Bullet was in Impel Down until Blackbeard broke people out, he's supposed to he one of the escapees.

Whether or not any of these people (and Shiki/Uta) are legitimately going to be part of the endgame is anyone's guess though. My guess is no, but you never know of he dedicates a chapter to showing them or involving them eventually.
