I don’t think Yamato will join at this point, Momo is strong but he still needs to master his devil fruit, swordsmanship and haki and he has missed 20 years of experience in these skills that needs at least 3 years of constant training to cover, not to mention that he needs administrative tutoring on how to run a country.

Yamato is necessary for Wano’s safety, even if she did join in name she won’t be sailing with them for this reason
