Can he do that when the meteor has his elemental weakness that will hurt his actual body if it lands?
Thats also assuming fuji cant use haki on meteors in which case broccoli form just becomes a big target for meteor.

Fujitora cannot use haki on meteors.

Most DF users don't use their sword properly or excel with it.

Law uses his sword but he would be too weak without his DF.

Big Mom doesn't use it properly.
King too I think.
