Capturing a Pirate involves apprehending them, taking them to Enies Lobby to receive sentencing for their crimes, and then taking them to Impel Down to serve out their sentence.

He fueled his CoC through all of his anger and aimed it all on a specific target, which is GB. Luffy and Jinbei also felt the Haki, but barely, the newbies on Shanks's crew were almost passing out, even when they shouldn't
It's the first time a CoC user manages to control his CoC so damn well, everything we have seen until here basically points out that it is completely chaotic, everyone around gets affected
Those huge CoC waves travelling from such a distance, this has never happened before
If Law was shitting his pants to this, imagine if he was on Aramaki's place
