The man sent rockstar to meet fucking whitebeard but now apperantly he needs his whole fucking crew to deal with Barto

Its already a week since onigashima raid. Shanks crew came to picked up Marco. That's it. They are Uber driver crew now. Shanks scare away Admiral there is coincidence. The thing is shanks already see Luffy as rival not as little kid anymore. Turf war(going after Bartolomeo) and

going after one piece is the most normal emperor thing to do. Shanks going to see Luffy now as fellow emperor while his territory being a mess cause by Bartolomeo is very bad look.

To save face and reputation as fellow emperor. Shanks need to solve the mess with barto. Then he can meet Luffy as equal to return his hats. The one that bind Luffy and shanks is always the strawhat. The meeting between shanks and Luffy will be the most important thing in manga. Meeting them in wano is not the time yet.
