ACoC does have CoA but the CoC amplifier is useless according to Rayleigh, so it's normal CoA, in which case Shanks won't be able to bruise Aramaki

Ryuo is a mid technique known by scabbards and sentomaru. Admirals used it before anyway.
Shanks might have easier time with someone like Kaido due to his tough scales but other than that ACoC for now is a meme. Devil fruits have been shown to be far superior since the start of the manga.
