Pot Goblin

Conejo Blanco
Its not closed when it ends with "Pedro ..."
Like if theres more to say.
Yet its the only character with no farewell with the Mugis.
And you cant say it has been offpanelled because the strawhats could have say goodbye to the Minks, but Carrot wasnt with the Minks... She was called... So she has been the only character to not receive a "decent" farewell... Oda is saving her for something...
Yes, there's no reason to leave a scene open ended like that without an actual answer. Especially give her a scene like that when he left her on the back burner most of the arc. All to just have an offscreen goodbye.

Like at the bare minimum we're getting an actual conclusion to the character in some way.

Unless Pedro turns out to be alive, Carrot will take over Zou imo.

CoC: Color of Clowns

You can do it! And you will!!!
You missed his "Carrot is the traitor because the shade of green of hervivre card is different" phase?
People who like the 13 people thing connecting to Christianity with Jesus and his Disciples could point out that Carrot would be a traitor, but, IMO, Robin already played the Judas role.

If it turns out that Oda scrapped an entire "Carrot is a traitor and feels guilty over it plot", though... LOLOLOLOLOLOL.

Just pointing out that time passed after the Carrot scene and when the crew was at the port ready to leave.

I agree that the scene is abrupt, but they could have offscreened her goodbye (no that wouldn't be particularly great considering Pedro's dream, i agree)
it's just hard for me to consider that scene 1056 as to be her closure. But it's Oda so maybe.
