Why does Oda dissrespect Zoro like that. We had so many Otama panel time but Oda couldnt find the time to solve some Zoro plot lines ??

He probably did it off panel, we might see it in a flashback. It's even possible that he got the Nidai off panel as well

4th Shinobi war vs Wano has more interesting characters, better and more side plots. But Oda does not resolve them in satisfying ways or flat out doesn’t resolve them. The fights are bad and the week to week reading is horrendous.

I suppose if anything this chapter brought back Toxic TAC for us
that is the rightful Ninja way for you
