Everything that possibly could happen is not tied to BM and Kaido at all. The Shichibukai were abolished before and whatever Blackbeard gets is a result of the reverie which again has nothing to do with BM and Kaido. Their downfall served no narrative purpose other than saving a country something that Oda pulled off far better in Alabasta even.

Again, we have yet to see the full effects of Big Memes and Kaido's downfall. Every week it's like this, people are jumping to conclusions when they have barely been given a crumb of info. Who knows how long the Shichibukai system existed. Yonkous Couldn't have existed more than six years ago. If All Shichibukai = One Yonkou with Crew, then Shichibukai wouldn’t be needed six years ago.
