Their rank at this point means nothing because all of them are just hype tools only because of the rank. its not logical that in a 25 year story the 3rd highest rank in the Marines has done literally nothing at all.

The pacifista pre ts were a big threat to the crew. we could easily have some scene like this with VA or even at the start of post TS like Vergo vs Sanji.
What do you mean nothing that we know of ? its been literally 25 years and nothing has been mentioned. All scenes i cant remember is momonga being hype tool for boa, john giant & 1 more hype tools for WB, Bastile and one more guy fodderized by Sabo and even Bartolomeo in DR and thats it.
