The odds of all 5 being scum is kinda low imo
Since Day 1 had no alignments which means any and all decisions made that day are NAI
Which would also mean that the alignments of the E4 are RNG'd

It's not impossible and it wouldn't hurt to keep an eye on em but at the same time we should be careful since opening up a seat leads to a big election process and stuff.
