Always knew Oda was a member of the speedrunning radical left. While Shadow fans may prefer the grungy and power-based meritocracy of an anarchy with socialist and libertarian leanings, they also understand that most current societies have forsaken pragmatism for the sake of appeasing minority groups and pacifying public disorder. This inability to make hard decisions due to the desire to preserve the feelings of online arm-chair critics is pointless, and, at times, absolute power is necessary in order to quell insurrections, while establishing actual order, with accountability that comes through establishing relationships, which require quid-pro-quo in order for both parties to find success, creating a necessity for symbiotic relationships within the socio-economic spheres making up the unstable nation in question.

I just realized Strawhats and Revolutionaries do basically the same job,subverting countries governments. So it would be cool,if there will be an arc devoted to the RA,to show the SHs going to an island where Luffy meets the classic princess of the arc and the story leads us to believe he is going to do the usual thing,freeing the country etc. maybe he also gives an epic speech,then suddendly turns out the Revs were planning something since months and the Coup D'Etat happens quickly,with the RA not needing Luffy's help at all! It would be a little subversive and self-aware humor,but i guess it wouldnt be Oda's style,so it probably wont happen. Maybe we will just get the SHs and Revs working together to save some country,if the two entities have to form a bond.
