Imo it doesn't target anyone. Like I have ability that doesn't target and it said "it was activated". When I used spikes, it showed ???, ???, ???

FYI whatever gif I use in a given write up doesnt not necessarily mean the pokemon in that gif is the one using the ability it is merely whatever cool gif effect I find that suits the ability name, I would like it if y'all stopped thinking this way. I made sure that abilities are not going to be used to identify which Pokemon is doing what with them.​

Reborn boasted about having Charizard D1 (D0). Rej subbed in for him. Heat Wave should come from some powerful fire type. It's not incineroar, not arcanine, not Ho-Oh. It's either Charizard or Moltres.

Unless idk, Murkrow's evo has it.
