Do they search for random kids that play football on the street, kidnap them, kill the oldest one infront of the others' eyes and train the surviving ones?

There are training academies kids who like football can join..... You can also get selected by playing for your school and getting national and stuff....

t-they just find them through smaller teams or their trainers promote them...

I've never watched an episode or read a chapter, I am inherently against a cheap sequel series even if I like the characters. Naruto, for the latter half of its run time (chap. 379 ~ 700) became about resolving conflicts and creating peace. Having conflict past Naruto's run is a little bit of a walk back, because we shouldn't see anything. Naruto brought understanding to the world and it's fine if it gets boring and happy after that.

I have heard that more aliens appear, I know loosely Kara is involved (which their theme is cool), and I know there's a clone Jiraiya. Oh the Kyuubi dies and Sasuke loses an eye.

None of it sounds enthralling or in spirit of the main series.

I tried reading the series but just couldn’t get into it. Just doesn’t have the same kinda magic that Naruto series had.

@Town Leader Worst did some themes with custom avatar sizes and experimenting with avatar shapes like circular ones IIRC? I'm on the Mihawk theme atm and its like this.
I think the Big Mom and Kidd or and Perona ones have this too?

The irony that I'm not using it too! Thats awesome though! I remember Worst telling me his plans for that theme when I requested it! Trying to add some magnetic animation to it and such too!
