Honestly facts. It truly seems like if coby were to get advanced coc that he would be the only marine to have it. Maybe garp does but that further proved the parallel of only coby being a great or greater than garp

If I had to choose between Mihawk getting positive screentime and Zoro getting big bounty, I would choose Mihawk every time.

Same the way Oda is sidelining Mihawk for this long gives me King vibe all over again who was restricted whole arc until he faced Zoro

Shiki and bullet are canon characters. But what they did in the movie was filler. This marine guy can be the same case

Bullet is not Canon. Shiki is canon cause he is a great pirate from Rogers era. So it was a good world building decision. The marine kid is not a significant character at all. Oda should just focus on existing marine and WG characters like Momonga and others, not waste time canonizing a fodder marine rookie
